My name is Dawn Ceccacci and I love to melt glass! I am a “Lampwork” artist.
My family and I live in the small town of Howell, Michigan. I have been married for
20 years to the love of my life, Nicholas and we have two beautiful
children, Nicole (17) and Joshua (8).
I have been
published in Lapidary Journal's Step By Step beads March/April 2007
edition for my Crystal Sensations beads. I will be in two upcoming
books, Brad Pearson’s “Bead Review II” and “A Guide to Hot Glass Colors
and Techniques. The study of Purples and Pinks” by Lori Robbins and
Kimberly Scott. I also teach Advanced Beginner/Intermediate lampworking
classes at Brighton Beads and More in Brighton Michigan.
This past year I
began testing Brass Tools for Mike of
www.MikesBrassForGlass.com . Mike
makes the most awesome brass presses on the market today! Plus, I also
test Frit (crushed glass) for Glass Diversions. As a Frit Tester, I
receive the latest glass color blends available on the market today to
work with and then post my results on the Frit Testing Page of my
website.
I am truly blessed
to be able to keep busy with my web business Dawn’s Glass Art, Teaching
Lampwork classes, Bead Shows and selling my beads on Ebay. I am honored
that people around the world now wear my beads!
